Send a deletion request
Email us from the address associated with your Home Care Pro account. Include your account email and company or service provider, if known. You do not need the app installed to request deletion.
Email account deletion requestIf your email app does not open, send your request to garrett@cleanairatlantic.ca with the subject “Home Care Pro account deletion request”.
Opening the email link does not submit a request. Review and send the email to complete your request. Never send your password or API keys.
What happens next
We verify ownership before deleting data. Your Home Care Pro account and associated personal data, including linked personal property records, uploads and equipment information, will be deleted within 30 days of verification, except records legally required to be retained. We will explain any exception and its retention period.
For business accounts, tell us whether you are also requesting deletion of the company workspace. We will confirm authority and scope before affecting other users’ records.
This request does not delete your separate ChatGPT or Workiz account. Uninstalling Home Care Pro alone does not delete your records.
